Opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a highly regarded Commercial London Law firm at Senior Associate level.
The Firm
Our client is a long-established, commercially focused law firm with a heritage spanning more than 300 years. The firm operates across Property, Corporate, Private Wealth, Litigation and Family, with all five practices recognised as leading areas.
The firm acts for an impressive client base including entrepreneurs, family offices, private investors, property owners, developers and high-net-worth individuals and families.
The firm prides itself on being small but high-calibre and highly partner-led, with a strong emphasis on providing commercially focused, bespoke advice to clients.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a close-knit team and work closely with Partners and clients on a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions.
The team advises both lenders and borrowers across the capital stack, covering acquisition, investment, development and refinancing finance, alongside more complex structures including syndicated loans, senior and mezzanine facilities, back-leverage and loan-on-loan financings.
The work spans commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate, including offices, residential developments, student accommodation, care homes and hospitality assets.
The team regularly works on the other side of Magic Circle and leading US firms, so the quality and complexity of the work is very much at City-firm level, whilst offering significantly more manageable hours.
