Our client is a respected regional firm with a strong reputation in the local market, recognised for its high-quality conveyancing services and supportive working environment.
Due to increased workload, the firm is seeking a Locum Residential Property Solicitor for an initial 2 month assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and experienced property team with a well-managed caseload and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum Residential Property Solicitor will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. You can expect to advise on:
- Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer in England & Wales
- Minimum 4 years' PQE in residential conveyancing

- Availability to commence at short notice preferred
