Our client, a well-established and Legal 500 recognised firm with a strong commercial offering, is seeking a Locum Commercial Solicitor for a 6 month period.
This role offers the chance to get involved in a varied stream of commercial work, supporting a busy team during a key period. It is a great opportunity to maintain momentum in your locum career while working within a dependable practice.
The firm offers a hybrid working model and is open to both full time and part time arrangements.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum Commercial Solicitor will assume responsibility for managing a varied and high-quality commercial caseload.
You can expect the caseload to entail:
- A broad range of commercial contracts and agreement
- Supporting on wider transactional and advisory work
- Exposure to various commercial arrangements and structures
- Advising on general regulatory and compliance matters
