Our client is a highly regarded Central London firm with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality private client services to HNW individuals and families. The firm is recognised for its modern, supportive culture and collaborative approach across departments.
Due to increased workloads and ongoing growth within the team, the firm is seeking a Locum Private Client Solicitor to provide fee-earning support during a busy period whilst permanent recruitment is underway. This opportunity offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time arrangements considered, alongside hybrid working.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum Private Client Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Probate and estate administration
- Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney
- Trust creation and administration
- Inheritance tax and estate planning matters
- Advising high-net-worth clients on complex private client issues
The role may also involve providing guidance and support to junior fee earners within the department where required.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Strong private client experience, particularly probate and estate administration
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Previous experience working within a London or regional private client team advantageous
