The Opportunity
Our client is a long established and respected firm with a busy litigation function and a reputation for handling a broad mix of matters. This role offers the chance to join during a key period, providing valuable support to a stable team while working on a steady and engaging caseload.
Due to a leaver, the firm is seeking a Locum Litigation Solicitor for a 6-month period. This is a part time, remote working opportunity.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum Litigation Solicitor will assume responsibility for managing a diverse caseload encompassing a broad range of litigation matters. You can expect to advise on:
- Higher education claims - disputes with students
- Commercial property litigation
- Commercial litigation e.g. contract disputes, shareholder disputes
