The Firm

Our client, a leading international law firm with a strong global platform, is seeking a Senior Conflicts Attorney. The firm is known for its high-quality work, collaborative culture, and commitment to delivering outstanding client service through a highly integrated international platform.

The Opportunity

The firm is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join its Office of General Counsel in London.The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the firm's conflicts clearance function, working closely with senior lawyers, Conflicts Analysts, and stakeholders across the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and analysing conflicts reports to identify and assess potential issues
  • Advising lawyers and business teams on conflicts clearance and resolution options
  • Drafting and reviewing waiver letters and engagement letter provisions
  • Supporting the implementation of ethical screens and information barriers
  • Contributing to the development of conflicts processes, training, and best practice
  • Working collaboratively with the Office of General Counsel and wider firm stakeholders

This Senior Conflicts Attorney role is a permanent, hybrid position, working three days on-site Monay to Friday.

Requirements

  • Qualified and authorised to practise law in either the UK or US (essential)
  • Previous conflicts analysis, research, and resolution experience (Desired)
