Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join the firm on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The Opportunity
The Opportunity is with a leading international law firm with a strong presence in the London market and across the UK, known for its collaborative culture and sector-led approach.
The firm is looking to appoint a Senior BD Manager to support a key practice group on a 12-month FTC, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders to drive strategic growth initiatives, enhance client relationships, and deliver impactful business development plans.
Responsibilities
The successful Senior BD Manager will take ownership of a broad range of strategic and operational BD activity, including:
- Developing and delivering business development
- Supporting partners with client targeting, pitches, and proposals
- Driving key account management and client development initiatives
- Leading on market and competitor analysis
- Supporting events, campaigns, and profile-raising activity
- Collaborating with wider BD, marketing, and communications teams

Requirements
- Proven experience in a legal or professional services BD role at senior level
