The Firm
Our client is a friendly and well-established high street law firm providing a range of legal services to its local community. The firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Locum to join its East London office.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Private Client professional who can work autonomously as the firm's sole Private Client Fee Earner. Duties will include:
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters
- Advise clients on Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Handle matters independently from initial instruction through to completion
- Provide clear, practical and sensitive advice to clients
- Maintain accurate files and ensure matters progress efficiently
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
This Private Client Locum position is available on a 3-6-month basis. The successful candidate will work exactly three days per week in the firm's East London office .
Requirements
- Previous experience managing a varied Private Client caseload independently
- Strong experience across Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Available to start ASAP
