Birchrose Associates is representing a law firm in the Berkshire / Hampshire area seeking a Locum Private Client Solicitor for a period of 3 to 6 months.
The Opportunity
Our client is a leading law firm with a strong reputation in the local market, recognised for its supportive culture and collaborative working environment.
Due to increased supervisory demands within the team, the firm is seeking a Locum Private Client Solicitor to provide both fee-earning and supervisory support whilst they recruit permanently. This is a part-time opportunity offering between 2 to 4 days per week and presents an excellent opportunity to join a stable and friendly team.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum Private Client Solicitor will assume responsibility for managing a varied caseload of private client matters. You can expect to advise on:
- Complex probate matters
- Estate administration
- Wills
- Trust matters
The role will also involve supporting and supervising junior members of the team on more complex matters where required.

- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Strong experience handling probate and estate administration matters
- Previous supervisory experience advantageous
