Due to growth, we are looking for a Legal Resourcer / Team Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis for 6-9 months. As a Legal Resourcer at Birchrose, you will support our very experienced Legal Recruitment Consultants with a big emphasis on candidate attraction and team administration. Your role will involve generating candidates on a daily basis utilising jobs sites and LinkedIn, posting adverts and screening applicants, assisting with candidate compliance, and keeping our database up to date. Day-to-day duties will include:- Sourcing legal candidates (primarily legal support staff) for live vacancies
- Keeping candidate records up to date on our system
- Writing and posting job advertisements and screening applicants
- Briefing candidates on vacancies and updating them throughout the process
- Assisting the marketing team in generating content for social channels
- General administration tasks to assist our Legal Recruitment Consultants
- Market research and analysis
- Utilising LinkedIn, online job sites, and our company website
About You
To excel in this role you must be a pro-active, organised individual who enjoys working with people. Essential skills and experience include:- Previous office / phone-based experience (in a legal or recruitment setting highly desirable)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience using LinkedIn and other social platforms (strongly desirable)
- Law and/or recruitment experience (strongly desirable)
