We will take the time to get to know your firm, your culture and what you are looking for in a new hire. We do the same with our candidates to ensure that we find the right fit from the outset. We are proactive in our approach and will be in touch regularly with the industry's leading candidates.

Our successful locum team is always on hand to offer a quick, effective solution during a business-critical time. We have significant expertise and an established database of leading locum professionals who can offer support in light of staff absence, increased workloads and unforeseen circumstances. We work with locums who are skilled across a range of practice areas including real estate, family, and employment law, to name a few. Our locums undergo a strict vetting process so that you can have complete confidence in who we are representing.
Our dedicated support team represent a significant proportion of the UK’s legal support market, from legal secretaries, EAs and PAs, to paralegals who have experience supporting senior fee earners.
