The Firm
Our client, a prestigious Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm, recognised for its rich heritage, collaborative culture, and people-first approach, are seeking an experienced Legal PA to support its Private Client & Tax and Family teams in their City of London office.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and proactive Legal PA to play a key role within a highly respected Private Client & Tax and Family team. Working closely with Partners and fee earners, you will deliver exceptional administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and providing first-class service to clients. Duties to include:
- Proactively managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for multiple fee earners
- Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external contacts
- Coordinating document production with the Legal DP team and carrying out minor amendments
- Assisting with client onboarding
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating contact databases (CRM systems)
- Supporting billing, expenses, and time recording processes
- Preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports
This Legal PA position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Legal PA within a law firm (essential)
- Previous experience supporting Private Client, Tax, Litigation or Family law teams (essential)
- Strong IT proficiency (MS Office, iManage, CRM systems)
