Opportunity for a Trade Mark Attorney to join a highly regarded London law firm within its growing Trade Marks practice.

Our client is a highly regarded full-service London law firm with an established reputation across a broad range of practice areas.
The firm advises a diverse client base ranging from private individuals and growing businesses through to large international organisations, providing both contentious and non-contentious advice.
Its highly regarded IP & Commercial team advises clients across a broad range of intellectual property and commercial matters, with a specialist Trade Marks practice providing comprehensive advice on the protection, management and enforcement of trade mark portfolios.
The Opportunity
The new hire will join a small and growing Trade Marks practice, working closely with a highly experienced Senior Trade Mark Attorney and alongside colleagues across the wider IP & Commercial team.
The team acts for a diverse client base across sectors including consumer goods, technology, life sciences, fashion and hospitality, advising on both UK and international trade mark portfolios.
The firm is now seeking a Trade Mark Attorney with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join the team as part of its continued growth.
The role offers broad exposure across advisory, transactional and contentious trade mark work, with responsibility for matters throughout the full lifecycle of trade mark protection and enforcement.
This will include:
- Managing a varied portfolio of trade mark matters from initial creation through to protection and enforcement
- Conducting trade mark clearance searches and advising clients on associated risks
- Advising on trade mark strategy, portfolio management and brand protection
- Drafting and filing trade mark applications, oppositions and related documentation
- Managing international trade mark portfolios and liaising with foreign associates
- Drafting co-existence and settlement agreements
- Assisting with contentious and non-contentious trade mark disputes in the UK and overseas
- Drafting domain name and company name complaints
Required
- Qualified Trade Mark Attorney with 2+ years' PQE
- Strong experience across trade mark prosecution, portfolio management and brand protection
- Ability to manage matters with an appropriate level of autonomy
