Birchrose Associates is representing a leading international law firm in the search for a Risk Lawyer to join its highly regarded Risk & Compliance team in London.

Our client is a dynamic, internationally recognised law firm with a reputation for advising on some of the most complex and high-profile matters in the market.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity for a 3-5 PQE lawyer to join a highly respected General Counsel team at the heart of the firm's Risk & Compliance function. Duties will include:
* Advising on non-contentious legal risk and regulatory matters affecting the firm
* Supporting the General Counsel and COLP on a broad range of compliance and governance issues
* Drafting, reviewing and updating policies, procedures and internal guidance documents
* Reviewing, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts, supplier agreements and client terms of business
* Providing legal advice on data protection, technology and information governance matters
* Monitoring regulatory developments and advising on their impact across the business
* Delivering regulatory and compliance training to lawyers and business services professionals
This Risk Lawyer opportunity is a full-time permanent position based in London, operating on a hybrid working model with three days per week in the office.
Requirements
* Qualified lawyer with approximately 3-5 years' PQE
* Experience gained within a UK law firm, financial institution or regulatory environment
