The team advises an exceptional client base of investors, contractors, financial institutions, utilities, energy companies and public sector bodies, with expertise spanning the entire project lifecycle, from procurement and structuring through to financing and delivery.
The Opportunity
The firm is now seeking a Projects Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded London team.
Working closely with market-leading Partners, the successful candidate will advise on a broad range of infrastructure, energy and project finance-related matters, acting for an impressive client base on complex, high-value national and international projects.
This will include:
- Advising on major infrastructure and energy projects across a range of sectors, including transport, renewables and utilities.
- Supporting clients on complex project development, procurement and transactional matters.
- Advising on project finance-related matters, including PPP/PFI arrangements where relevant.
- Working with investors, contractors, financial institutions and public sector bodies.
- Collaborating with senior lawyers and Partners on significant national and international projects.
This Projects Associate or Senior Associate position offers genuine responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to develop specialist expertise within an award-winning international practice.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 PQE with experience in a recognised Projects, Infrastructure and/or Energy practice.
- Strong technical, drafting and commercial skills.
- Experience advising on infrastructure, energy or related transactional matters.
- Exposure to project finance, PPP/PFI or major infrastructure developments would be advantageous.
