Birchrose Associates is working a well-established and highly regarded law firm, in the search for a Private Client Locum to join their office in South East England on an immediate basis.
The Firm
Our client is a respected full-service law firm with a strong reputation across the region. Their Private Client department advises individuals and families on a broad range of matters, providing tailored and practical advice across wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
The Opportunity
The successful Private Client Locum will provide support during a period of sustained growth and strong client demand. Duties will include:
- Managing a varied private client caseload
- Drafting wills and advising on estate planning matters
- Administering estates and handling probate matters
- Advising on trusts and related private client issues
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and third parties
- Progressing matters efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of client care
- Working independently while collaborating closely with the wider Private Client team
- Assisting the department in managing increased demand and ensuring continuity of service
This role is based in the South-East of England and is a hybrid opportunity.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Private Client Locum
- Available to commence at short notice
