Our client, a long-established and highly regarded firm with a strong presence in commercial law, is seeking a Locum Commercial Solicitor for a 4 month period.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial matters, providing support to a busy department during a particularly active period. It presents an excellent chance to secure a quality locum assignment within a supportive and well-regarded practice.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful Locum Commercial Solicitor will be responsible for handling a varied and high-quality commercial caseload. You can expect the caseload to include:
- A wide range of commercial contracts and business agreements
- Assisting with transactional and advisory matters
- Advising clients on regulatory and compliance issues
- Providing general commercial law support and guidance
