The Firm
Our client is a well-established London law firm with a strong reputation across commercial disputes. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to join their Commercial Dispute Resolution team in London.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, proactive and highly organised Legal PA, providing high-quality secretarial, administrative and client-focused support to Partners and fee earners within a busy Commercial Dispute Resolution team. Duties to include:
- Act as a professional representative for Partners and fee earners, managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, client communications and day-to-day administrative support
- Take ownership of document production, billing support, expense processing, payment requisitions and compliance-related administrative processes
- Support marketing activities and events, including coordinating arrangements, processing expenses and assisting with client-facing initiatives
- Manage legal documentation, correspondence and case management processes, including document filing, archiving, file opening and conflict checks
This Legal PA position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm.
Requirements
- At least 4 years previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience within a fast-paced law firm environment (essential)
- Commercial Litigation / Dispute Resolution experience in a law firm (essential)
- Strong diary, travel, inbox, billing and document management experience
