Birchrose Associates is representing a leading Global law firm seeking an experienced Legal PA to support a senior Partner within its Corporate team in London.

Our client is a highly regarded Global law firm with an excellent reputation in the legal market. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to join their London office.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate would be an experienced, proactive and highly organised Legal PA, providing high-level support to a senior Partner within the Corporate team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive day-to-day support, managing complex diaries and inboxes, coordinating international travel, supporting client relationships and assisting with billing, business development and other administrative processes. Duties to include:
- Proactively manage complex diaries, inboxes, meetings and international travel across multiple time zones
- Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and key contacts
- Support business development and financial administration, including pitches, billing, debt recovery, expenses and client documentation
- Assist with client onboarding, KYC documentation, engagement letters and billing set-up
- Produce and manage correspondence, documentation, filing and records
- Providing support across practice groups as required
This Legal PA opportunity is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Fridays, 9.30am - 5.30pm.
Requirements
- At least 5 years previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience within a law firm (essential)
- Excellent diary management and organisational skills
