The Firm
Our client, a leading, Top 60 law firm are seeking a Legal Secretary to support their Corporate team in their London office.

The Opportunity
The successful Legal Secretary will provide administrative and secretarial support to Associates and Senior Associates within the firm's Corporate team. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive and can do attitude towards work. Duties to include:
  • Production of documents and correspondence
  • Opening client files and managing onboarding processes
  • Diary management and organising meetings/ appointments
  • Manage and coordinate billing and compliance processes
  • Manage the workflow of the team on a day to day basis
  • Answering phone calls, taking accurate messages and passing this on to the correct contact
  • Monitor inboxes on behalf of Fee Earners
This Legal Secretary position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years Legal Secretary experience within a law firm
  • Previous experience in a team coordinator position within a Legal Secretary team (desirable)
  • Experience supporting Fee Earners within a Corporate team in a law firm (desirable)
