The Firm
Our client, an award-winning London law firm are seeking an Float EA to support various teams in their Baker Street office, on a 12 Month fixed term contract.

The Opportunity
The successful Float EA will provide high level, client and business focused secretarial and administrative support to a small group of partners covering all practice areas of the firm. Duties to include:

  • Managing all appointments, meetings and related logistics
  • Dealing with in-boxes, responding to emails on the Partners behalf, drafting emails, forwarding critical emails to other fee earners and secretaries
  • Handling complex compliance / billing matters and chasing up unpaid bills
  • Organising WIP and other financial management meetings
  • Arranging regular catch ups with each partner to review their diary and commitments
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Proactively coordinating BD activities, organisation of events, seminars & conferences
  • Arranging travel (journey details, accommodation, visa requirements, currency)

This Float EA position is a full time, fixed term contract role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm

Requirements

  • Previous Float PA/EA experience within a law firm
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong organisational, prioritising and deadline management skills
