Our client is looking for a commercially minded Business Operations Analyst to support the COO within a growing and forward-thinking law firm environment.
The Firm
Our client, a growing and highly regarded law firm in London, is seeking a Business Operations Analyst. The firm advises clients across a broad range of practice areas and is recognised for its strong client relationships.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have previous Business Analyst or Operations experience, supporting business performance and operational reporting within a professional services environment. Duties to include:
- Reporting on key financial and operational metrics including revenue, WIP, lock-up, and chargeable hours
- Supporting financial modelling, reporting requests, and wider business analysis
- Assisting with transformation projects, operational improvements, and process documentation
- Extracting and analysing data insights to support business performance and efficiency
- Maintaining reporting systems and developing a strong understanding of Elite3, InTapp, and PowerBI
- Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and fee-earning teams
This Business Operations Analyst position is a full time, 3-month FTC, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm. This role has the potential to go permanent.
Requirements
- Previous Business Analyst or Operations experience within a professional services environment (law firm experience desirable)
- Experience using Elite3 and InTapp (Desirable)
