Banking & Finance Associate with 2 - 4 PQE sought for a Top 100, highly regarded Law Firm in London.
The Role
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Banking & Finance Associate to join its highly regarded Banking team.
The team advises a broad range of lenders and borrowers on a variety of financing transactions, with a strong focus on real estate finance alongside a diverse mix of corporate finance matters.
Working within a close-knit and growing team, you will take ownership of a varied caseload, advising clients on complex finance transactions, drafting and negotiating bespoke finance documentation, managing transactions from inception to completion, and acting as a key day-to-day client contact.
The lean team structure provides regular partner interaction, excellent client exposure and genuine opportunities to accelerate your technical and commercial development.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2 - 4 years' PQE
- Strong experience advising on lender and/or borrower finance transactions
- Experience advising on general banking and finance transactions in private practice
- Strong academics
