Banking & Finance Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE sought for Top 100 law firm
The Role
Due to growth, our client, a Top 100 law firm is looking to make a growth hire into the Banking and Finance team.
This role will play a critical part in the growth and development of the Banking & Finance team, providing a clear pathway to partnership in as little as 2 years.
The work will predominantly feed from the Corporate and Real Estate teams, seeing you represent a variety of borrowers and lenders. The team advises a diverse client base on a wide variety of financing arrangements, offering exposure to both domestic and cross-border transactions.
You will be encouraged to take ownership of matters, contribute to business development initiatives, and build your profile as a trusted banking and finance adviser.

Requirements
- 1-3 years' PQE gained from a reputable firm
- Experience advising on general banking and finance transactions in private practice
- Candidates currently a hybrid corporate and banking role will be considered
- The ability to demonstrate an interest in business development
- Strong academics
