Whilst the search for a recruitment partner is not easy, we are taking a fresh approach to legal recruitment and are intent on changing the perception of the industry for good.

When Birchrose Associates was established in 2019, we were clear on our goal of establishing ourselves as an approachable and trusted legal recruitment specialist, dedicated solely to private practice. With significant experience in locum, perm, and legal support recruitment behind us, we have set our sights firmly on growing and expanding our reach across the UK.

Despite the significant challenges faced by the recruitment industry throughout the pandemic, we have gone from strength to strength and established ourselves as a niche but significant player in the market. Whilst our success to date is partially due to the fact that we only specialise within private practice, it also comes down to taking a flexible and consultative approach and evolving with the wants and needs of both our candidates and clients. In the process of building our business we have made mistakes, learned from them, and aligned our business to ensure that we improve the lives of our people, our clients, and our candidates.

Our ‘fresh approach’ reflects the needs of everyone we partner with. Put simply, we believe our specialist knowledge and the service we offer may not make us unique but certainly help us to stand out and make us the first choice for so many candidates and clients.

All of our consultants not only have a passion for the legal industry, but to date also have a background in the sector meaning the knowledge and advice they are able to offer is honest and valuable.

Our service again is simple to say but not so easy to do, we treat everyone how we would like to be treated by doing what we say we’re going to do. Whether that is calling you back when we say we will or simply saying we can’t help even though it may be easier to overpromise. Whilst this may sound like common courtesy we believe it sets us apart from so many!

Today marks the launch of our new website which will enable candidates to arrange career consultations with our experts, as well as providing prospective clients with all the information they need to assess whether we are the legal recruitment partner for them.
