Birchrose Associates is representing a law firm in London seeking a Locum Residential Property Solicitor for a period of 3 months plus.

The Opportunity

Our client is a highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked firm with a strong reputation for acting on premium residential property matters. The team is known for delivering a polished and professional service to a discerning client base, offering an excellent platform for a locum to work on high calibre transactions within a supportive environment.
Due to workload, the firm is seeking a Locum Residential Property Solicitor for a 3-month period. This is a full time, hybrid opportunity.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum Residential Property Solicitor will assume responsibility for a mixed caseload of high value residential property matters. You can expect to advise on:

• High value residential acquisitions and disposals
• New build and off plan purchases
• Residential property finance and refinancing
• Acting for both borrowers and lenders, including private banks
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfers, leases and ancillary documentation
