Our client is a highly regarded boutique law firm with an excellent reputation for its specialist, high quality property litigation work.

The firm is seeking an experienced Locum Property Litigation Solicitor to take ownership of a varied residential and commercial property litigation caseload, providing key cover for a sole fee earner.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, supportive team. The firm offers a flexible hybrid arrangement, with an immediate start available.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum Property Litigation Solicitor will take ownership of a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes. Day to day duties to include:

• Running and progressing litigated property matters independently
• Managing a caseload of key client matters with high levels of importance and priority
• Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders where required
• Working closely with the partner and wider litigation team
