Birchrose Associates is representing a law firm in London seeking a Locum Residential Property Solicitor for a period of 3 months plus.
The Opportunity
Our client is a prestigious, Legal 500-ranked firm renowned for its work with HNW and UHNW clients.
Due to workload, the firm is seeking a Locum Residential Property Solicitor for a 3 month period.
This is a full time, hybrid opportunity.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum Residential Property Solicitor will assume responsibility for a mixed caseload of high-value residential property caseload, acting for UHNW individuals, families, lenders and corporate clients. You can expect to advise on:
- High-value residential acquisitions and disposals (freehold and leasehold)
- New-build and off-plan purchases
- Residential property finance and refinancing
- Acting for both borrowers and lenders, including private and Islamic banks
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfers, leases and ancillary documentation
- Residential lettings and ancillary matters, including licences to assign, alter and underlet, and deeds of variation

Requirements
- Qualified in England & Wales with minimum 5 years' PQE
- Experience representing HNW and UHNW Clientele
