Opportunity for an Employment Associate to join a leading London law firm with a strong Employment practice.

Our client is a leading law firm with a long-established reputation for advising individuals and organisations across a range of sectors, particularly within the leisure, media and entertainment industries.
The firm is known for delivering commercially focused, high-quality legal advice, and is consistently recognised for its specialist expertise.
The opportunity
The Employment team is highly regarded for its expertise in advising employers and senior executives across the full employment life cycle.
The firm is now seeking a junior Employment Associate to join the team as part of its continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified lawyer to develop their career within a collaborative and well-established practice.
Working closely with partners and senior lawyers, the new hire will gain exposure to a broad mix of advisory and contentious employment work, particularly for professional and financial services clients.
This will include:

• Advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
• Supporting on grievance, disciplinary, investigation and dismissal matters
• Advising on collective employment issues such as TUPE, outsourcing, redundancies and restructurings
• Assisting with employment tribunal and civil court litigation
• Advising on HR processes, employment contracts, service agreements and workplace policies

Required

• UK qualified Solicitor with 0 - 2 years' PQE
• Employment law experience gained at a recognised law firm
• Experience or interest in both advisory and contentious employment work
• Interest in working with clients in sectors such as media, entertainment, sport, technology or digital platforms
