Opportunity for an Employment Associate to join a leading specialist boutique law firm with a highly regarded employment practice.
The firm
My client is a highly reputable UK-based boutique with an outstanding reputation in the employment space. They act for a diverse client base ranging from start-ups and owner-managed businesses to established companies and senior executives.
They specialise in employment and regulatory law, providing commercially focused, partner-led advice tailored to modern businesses.
Their Employment Department is recognised in leading legal directories and is known for delivering high-quality, pragmatic advice typically associated with much larger firms.
The opportunity
The team has deep expertise across the full spectrum of employment law, including advisory, contentious matters, and strategic HR support.
The firm is now seeking an Employment Associate to join the team as part of its continued growth. This role offers exposure to high-quality and varied work, working closely with experienced partners in a collaborative and flexible environment.
The role will involve:
- Managing a broad mix of employment advisory and contentious matters
- Advising employers on day-to-day HR issues and complex workplace matters
- Supporting on employment tribunal claims and disputes
- Working directly with clients, building strong commercial relationships
Required:
- UK qualified Solicitor with c.4 years' PQE
- Strong experience in employment law as a generalist
- Experience gained working in a Legal 500 recognised Employment department
- Commercial, pragmatic approach with strong client-handling skills
