Commercial Property Solicitor (3-6 PQE) sought for Established Full-Service Firm

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into its well-regarded real estate team.

Successful applicants can expect to work across a broad mix of commercial property matters, including secured lending (acting for both lenders and borrowers), development, investment, landlord and tenant work, site acquisitions and disposals, plot sales, estate management, and property finance across both commercial and residential sectors.

This is a particularly attractive opportunity for an Associate to join a supportive and collegiate team with a diverse client base. You will have direct client contact from the outset and the chance to develop your technical expertise across a wide range of matters, with guidance from experienced senior lawyers.

The role offers strong exposure to transactional work, with opportunities to take ownership of matters while also supporting on more complex deals. You will be encouraged to contribute to the ongoing development of the practice and to build your own profile within the market.

Requirements

  • 3 - 6 years' PQE gained within a reputable Commercial Property team
  • Broad experience across real estate matters, ideally including development, investment and secured lending
  • Have an excellent academic and career record
