Originally from the U.S. and now based in the UK with his family, Austin brings firsthand insight into the U.S. legal market. His recruitment expertise is underpinned by prior experience as a Paralegal at top-tier firms including Paul Hastings and Fried Frank, giving him a deep understanding of the legal profession from both sides of the hiring table.
