The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a close-knit, friendly, and supportive People (HR) Department. This role is for a Talent Acquisition Administrator who will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and the wider People department.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Head of Talent Acquisition and the Talent Acquisition Advisor with administrative tasks for lateral Partner, Associate, and Business Services hires, such as interview arrangements, room bookings, and liaising with agencies or candidates
- Drafting offers of employment for the Talent Acquisition Advisor and Head of Talent Acquisition, and sending out offer documentation to new joiners
- Managing the onboarding process for new joiners and assisting People Administrators with firmwide inductions
- Assisting the Early Careers Advisor with administrative tasks for the solicitor apprenticeship and graduate recruitment process
- Taking an active involvement in arranging and facilitating vacation schemes and work experience programmes
- Managing and maintaining the Recruitment inbox and handling general recruitment enquiries
- Creating or updating job descriptions and assisting with job advertising
- Carrying out research, project work, and other necessary duties as requested

- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills, with a proven ability to multi-task

- A calm, confident, and resilient approach
You must be a confident communicator with a positive work ethic, able to build credible relationships and present yourself with professionalism and polish.
