The Opportunity
The firm is seeking a Senior Reward & Benefits Manager - EMEA to join its established regional HR team. This key role will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the firm's reward and benefits strategy across multiple EMEA jurisdictions. Working closely with regional HR Leads and senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will provide expert guidance on compensation, benefits, and market benchmarking, ensuring alignment with both commercial priorities and local compliance requirements. This position offers an opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping reward practices within a global, high-performing professional services environment. Duties include:
- Partner with regional HR Leads to deliver annual compensation and bonus review processes across EMEA.
- Analyse market data to recommend appropriate salary budgets and pay positioning.
- Manage the firm's participation in benchmarking and survey programmes, ensuring competitive and compliant reward frameworks.
- Lead on reward and benefits policy design, maintaining alignment with market best practice and evolving legislation.
- Advise partners, senior management, and HR colleagues on reward strategy and individual queries.
- Oversee the delivery of benefits programmes across EMEA, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and strong provider relationships.
- Monitor regulatory developments, including pay transparency and reporting obligations.
- Support global mobility by designing appropriate compensation structures for international assignments and secondments.
- Lead, coach, and develop a Senior Advisor, fostering collaboration and professional growth within the team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a reward and benefits role, ideally with regional (EMEA) responsibility.
- Proven ability to manage complex compensation cycles and benefits structures within a large, matrixed, or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of benchmarking methodologies, market data interpretation, and survey participation.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday is advantageous.
- Knowledge of regional regulatory and compliance frameworks relating to pay and benefits.
