The Vacancy
The firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer (3+ years PQE) to join its established Residential Property team.
The role involves managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload while delivering an excellent standard of client care and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
- Acting for clients on sales, purchases and related matters
- Building strong client and referrer relationships
- Contributing to business development
- Working collaboratively within the team

Requirements
- Qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer (3+ PQE)
- Strong residential conveyancing experience
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Business development awareness
