Residential Property Associate with up to 3 years' PQE sought for Top 30 International Firm

The Opportunity

Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for an Associate to join their Legal 500 ranked Residential Property team.

The team act for both landlords and tenants, with a particular focus on prime London property. The firm as a whole are well known for their work in the private client space so clients include high net worth/ultra high net worth individuals both in the UK and overseas.

The workload for this role will include both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (with a particular focus on prime London properties) as well as enfranchisement and lease extension work.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years' PQE, from a reputable firm

*NQ's qualified in September 2025 or due to qualify in March 2026 will be considered

• CILEX qualified lawyers will be considered
• Experience working in both conveyancing and enfranchisement work essential
• Strong academic background
• Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded
• Enthusiasm for business development and client relationship building
