The Firm
Our client, a leading international law firm based in London, is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to join its Marketing Department. The firm is known for its collaborative culture and global reach, advising high-profile clients on complex, cross-border matters.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Proposal Specialist to support pitches, proposals, and RFPs across the London and wider European offices, with exposure to global initiatives. Working closely with Partners, senior stakeholders, and international business development teams, you will help deliver high-quality, brand-aligned proposals. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and coordinating proposals, pitches, RFPs, and client-facing materials
- Developing key messages and differentiators for target audiences
- Managing drafts, version control, and deadlines
- Editing, proofreading, and enhancing presentation materials
- Collaborating with creative and research teams
- Liaising with global offices to ensure consistency across submissions
- Maintaining proposal records, content, and reporting via CRM systems
This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days WFH).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in marketing, business development, or communications
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
