Property Litigation Solicitor (Senior Associate) with 5-7 years' PQE sought for Top 20 International Firm

The Role

Our client, a Top 20 international law firm is looking to make an experienced hire into their L500 ranked Property Litigation team.

The team advises owners, investors, developers, major corporates and tenants on high value, complex disputes.

The workload is predominantly focused on commercial property litigation, including:

• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Development and land-use issues
• Rights of light
• Restrictive covenants
• Boundary disputes

The role will include ad hoc residential matters.

As a Senior Associate you will be leading transactions, and acting as a key point of contact for clients.

This is a growth hire, following the continued success of the Property Litigation team. You will therefore have access to a substantial client base, where the firm will expect you to nurture and develop existing relationships, whilst also actively partaking in business development to support the team's ongoing growth and broaden its client portfolio.

Requirements

• 5-7 years' PQE, spent in a reputable property litigation team
• Experience in high-value, complex property litigation matters
