Birchrose Associates is representing a law firm in the East of England, seeking a Locum Medical Negligence Solicitor for a period of 3 months +
The Opportunity
Our client is a well established, Legal 500 recognised regional law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high quality legal advice and outstanding client care.
The firm is seeking a Locum Medical Negligence Solicitor to join the team for an initial period of 3 months+, working on a hybrid basis. Part-time and fully remote arrangements will also be considered.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum Medical Negligence Solicitor will manage a varied claimant-side caseload within a well regarded, Legal 500 ranked Medical Negligence team. Duties will include:
- Managing a range of claimant medical negligence cases from assessment through to resolution
- Cases will relate to: complex injury, delayed diagnosis, surgical error, injury at birth and more
- Providing clear, compassionate guidance to clients affected by negligent medical care and supporting them at every stage of the legal process, ensuring high standards of service and attention to detail

Requirements
- Qualified in England & Wales with minimum 5 years' PQE in Medical Negligence
