Job Description
Birchrose Associates is representing a law firm in the South East seeking a Locum Employment Solicitor for a period of 3 months.
The Opportunity
Our client is a successful, Legal 500 ranked practice with multiple offices.
Due to workload, the firm is seeking a Locum Employment Solicitor for a 3 month period.
This is a full time, hybrid opportunity. However, part time hours and remote workers may still be considered.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum Employment Solicitor will assume responsibility for a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law work, representing both Claimants and Respondents. You can expect to advise on:
- Redundancy & settlement agreements
- Workplace discrimination
- Contracts & Incentives
- Whistleblowing, and more

Requirements
- Qualified in England & Wales with minimum 5 years' PQE
- Experience representing Claimants and Respondents
- Availability to start in November or December 2025
