We are working with a multi office, L500 law firm in East Anglia to recruit for a Locum Agriculture Solicitor to start a new role ASAP for 3 - 6 months +

The Opportunity

Our client, a successful, full-service practice is seeking a Locum Agriculture Solicitor to assist within the wider Commercial Property team whilst they have an influx in work.

The locum is required at short notice, with availability to support for 3 - 6 months +.

The firm are looking for the locum to be based from their office in East Anglia, with small amount of remote working considered. Candidates seeking full or part time hours are invited to apply, with a minimum of 3 days per week required.

Responsibilities

The Locum Agriculture Solicitor will handle all matters relating to a broad range of agricultural property cases, to include:

  • Sales and purchases of Agricultural Land
  • Agricultural Estate Acquisitions
  • Agricultural Development
  • Farm Leases and Partitioning

  • Experience handling specialist agricultural caseloads
