The Firm
Our client is a distinguished Top 50 UK law firm, known for its expertise in private wealth and real estate, with strong supporting teams in corporate, commercial, and dispute resolution.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Design Specialist to join the Document Production team and act as a principal brand guardian for the firm. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all marketing and business development collateral is of the highest standard and aligned with the firm's strategic objectives. You will work across both print and digital media, challenging the brand with innovative, creative ideas.
You will:
- Take project briefs from internal stakeholders, including Partners and the Marketing team, advising on design requirements, process, and timescales
- Design and produce a wide range of core marketing materials, such as pitches, client guides, brochures, presentations, and co-branded article
- Manage and maintain asset libraries and the firm's brand guidelines, advising colleagues on best practice
- Create digital assets for social media, web, and event materials
- Work closely with external and internal print suppliers to ensure production deadlines are met efficiently
Requirements
- 3-5 years of dedicated professional design experience, preferably within the professional services or financial services sectors
- Exceptional corporate design skills with a deep practical understanding of branding, typography, grid structures, and clean aesthetics
- Full proficiency in relevant design software packages, including the Microsoft Office suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Proven ability to design for both digital and print media
- A calm, highly organised, and efficient approach, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting demanding deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction at all levels
