Corporate Tax Solicitor (Associate) with 1-4 years' PQE sought for Top 30 International Firm
The Opportunity
Our client, a Top 30 international law firm, is looking to hire an Associate for their Legal 500 ranked Corporate Tax team.
The team advise on a wide range of domestic and international, direct and indirect tax matters, including:
- M&A transactions and private equity acquisitions and exits
- Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
- Employment tax matters, including share schemes
The teams' clients include founders, entrepreneurs, corporates, family offices and PE firms, as well as privately owned businesses operating across a broad range of industries.
The firm are looking for someone interested in taking an active role in business development, having a high level of responsibility and autonomy from day 1. This is very much a client-facing role, where you will be nurturing and developing existing relationships.

Requirements
- 1-4 years' PQE, spent in a reputable Corporate Tax team
- Experience in cross-border corporate tax matters
- An interest in business development and networking
- Excellent academic record
- England & Wales qualified
