Corporate Solicitor (Senior Associate) with 6-8 years' PQE sought for Top 30 International Firm
The Opportunity
Our client, a Top 30 international law firm, is looking to recruit for their Legal 500 ranked Corporate team.
The successful individual will work closely with a number of impressive partners, many of which are ex Silver/Magic circle. The role will include a mix of transactional and advisory work for family offices, founders, entrepreneurs, high profile venture back businesses and the likes. The nature of the work will be tailored to the individual's areas of interest and expertise, and can include:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Joint ventures
- Private equity
- Early-stage funding rounds (Seed / Series A)
- Growth and later-stage funding rounds (Series B+)
- Capital markets
The teams' clients include founders, entrepreneurs, corporates, family offices and PE firms, as well as privately owned businesses operating across a broad range of industries.

Requirements
- Corporate Solicitor with 6-8 years' PQE gained from a leading City law firm
- An interest in both transactional and advisory corporate work
- An interest in business development and networking
- Excellent academic record
