Opportunity for two Corporate Associates to join a leading Media & Entertainment Firm in London at either NQ or Associate level.

The firm is particularly well known for its standout expertise in the technology, media and entertainment sectors, where it is consistently ranked top tier in London. However, its capabilities extend far beyond this and it offers a genuinely full-service platform to clients across a wide range of industries.

The firm's corporate practice is well established and highly respected in the mid-market, with strong Legal 500 recognition for Venture Capital and M&A in the city.

The Vacancy

The firm is now looking to recruit two Corporate Associates to join its Legal 500 recognised general corporate team.

The team advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity and joint ventures, which the both new hires would work across.

Clients range from start-ups and owner-managed businesses to established UK and international companies, with a significant proportion of work being cross-border.

The team work primarily in the sectors which the firm are most well-known for, including, tech, sport, music, film and TV, theatre, fashion and more.

Whilst the team maintains high technical standards, culture is a genuine priority. They are keen to hire lawyers who enjoy working collaboratively, bring personality to the team and value being part of a supportive and collegiate environment.

Requirements

• Qualified Corporate Solicitor between NQ - 5 PQE
• At NQ level, you must have completed a minimum of one seat within Corporate and be already qualified (not working towards qualification)
• For Associate level, must have strong corporate experience including M&A, private equity and/or joint ventures
