Our client is a highly reputable practice with an excellent reputation for their work in the Real Estate and Private Wealth sectors.

They act for an impressive client-base including real estate funds, property companies, high net worth individuals, investors, developers, entrepreneurs and more.

Due to substantial growth, they're now seeking a specialist Contentious Construction Solicitor to join at Senior Associate level.

For the right individual, there is a carved-out pathway to Counsel and/or Partnership.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to become part of one of London's leading Construction practices who have a wealth of experience in Construction Litigation and with multiple of their lawyers being accredited by Chambers UK / the Legal 500 for their work in the field.

This very credible team act for a wide-ranging client-base including developers, funds, institutional investors, occupiers, contractors, consultants and high net worth individuals.

Their Contentious Construction team advise on the full spectrum of claims; representing clients from before they become litigious, though to mediation, adjudication and litigation (which the new hire will be responsible for undertaking).

Requirements

• Qualified Contentious Construction Senior Associate with 6 PQE +
• Experience working at a Top Tier Real Estate / Construction practice
• Experience in Contentious Construction matters is essential
• Excellent academics
