Birchrose Associates is representing a leading law firm in London, seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor for a 12-15 month maternity cover.
The Opportunity
Our client is a Top Tier, Legal 500-ranked firm with a standout reputation for handling complex, high-value commercial disputes. Due to maternity leave, the firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor for a 12-15 month period to commence in either December 2025 or January 2026. This is a full time, hybrid opportunity.
Responsibilities
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will assume responsibility for a diverse caseload of complex commercial disputes, to include:
- High-value contractual disputes
- Joint venture and shareholder disputes
- Disputes relating to fraud
- Insolvency-related claims before the High Court and Court of Appeal

- Qualified in England & Wales with minimum 5 years' PQE
