Birchrose Associates is representing a highly regarded professional services firm in London seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.
The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established firm with a collaborative and supportive culture, currently seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their growing finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 1-3 years' experience within accounts payable, purchase ledger, or finance administration looking to further develop their career within a professional services environment. The role offers strong progression prospects.
Responsibilities
The successful Accounts Payable Assistant will assume responsibility for supporting the finance function with a broad range of accounts payable and financial administration duties. You can expect to assist with:
* Processing invoices and supplier payments
* Managing expenses and reconciliations
* Supporting payment runs and financial reporting
* Handling supplier queries and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with billing and general finance administration
This is a permanent Monday to Friday position offering hybrid working, with 3 days per week based in the office.

Requirements
* 1-3 years' experience within Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience using Aderant would be beneficial but is not essential
* Professional services experience advantageous but not required
