Birchrose Associates are partnering with a long-established law firm, recruiting for a remote working Locum Litigation Solicitor to start a new role from December or January for 3 - 6 months.

The Opportunity


Our client, a multi office practice in the South West, is recruiting for a Locum Litigation Solicitor to assist from December 2025 or January 2026 whilst they recruit on a permanent basis, likely to take 3 - 6 months.

This role can be offered on a fully remote working basis, with candidates seeking full time or part time hours welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum will manage a varied civil litigation caseload to include contentious probate, property litigation and boundary disputes, as well as other civil litigation matters.

The locum will benefit from support provided by a Legal Assistant.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Locum Litigation Solicitor
  • Experience handling busy Litigation caseloads
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
