Job Description
Birchrose Associates are working with a boutique law firm in London to recruit a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assist on a hybrid working basis, starting ASAP for 3 months+.
The Opportunity
Our client, a successful boutique practice in London, are seeking assistance from a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor whilst they recruit on a permanent basis, expected to take 3 months+.
The firm are happy to offer hybrid working, with 2-3 days per week remote working offered for candidates working full time. Candidates seeking part time hours are welcome to apply, with the remote working element of the role offered on a pro rata basis.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum will manage a broad commercial property caseload to include:
- Landlord and Tenant work including for retail park clients
- Commercial sales and purchases
- Leases / lease renewals
- Acquisitions / disposals
You will benefit from shared secretarial support whilst in this role.

Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience as a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor
- Experience handling busy commercial property caseloads on a hybrid working basis
- Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
